What to Expect:

Each Activation Session is a one-of-a-kind experience, tailored to your individual needs and energies, with Sophie by your side, available exclusively to you throughout your time together.

Through focused intention, intuitive questioning skills and her innate gifts, Sophie facilitates the process of getting everything that is ready to be birthed to come to the surface and be organised into a clear structure.

Without structure the most exciting dream will stay exactly that… a dream. Together you get to create the environment to activate whatever is ready to come up from within you now and plant the seeds for you to harvest down the line.

What’s Included:

  • 2 hours, during which you can talk with Sophie, sharing anything that comes up and asking questions. This allows you to reflect and gives you time to process without time pressure. We will take breaks as and when needed, guided by your needs.

  • We start with a conversation to establish what’s aligned with you on the day to talk through which topics are on your heart.

  • Bonus session, if you want to talk about how to potentially work together longer term.

FAQs

  • I will be available to you for 2 hours. It is up to you how you use this time with me. Generally people use the whole 2 hours to talk with me and get clarity.

  • I recommend choosing a day where you have enough headspace to really dive in deep with me. If you have a CEO Day integrated into your week, that would be an ideal day to choose. We will be on zoom for 2 hours and you may want to have time to implement things right away. Or you may want to integrate what we talked about without having to step back into normal tasks. One of the best things about the Activation Session is that it gives you time to digest, reflect and take action on the things we work on and I am here for you to ask me anything you like.

  • I am a qualified PBSP therapist and life coach with extensive business and corporate career experience. I am also a qualified teacher. I love guiding people through their life challenges and often get intuitive hits about what is going on. I really see you. Most often business challenges are not solved by getting more business information but instead by experiencing an aha moment or a shift in energy or healing the root of an area of life that’s not running optimally. So, please do come and book a session with me. I am here for you.

  • Nothing is off limits. The Activation Session is for YOU and I want you to get as much value out of it as possible. I’ll be holding space for you to move forward and get out of your own way. There is no such thing as a stupid question, and often it’s the conversations that go off in unexpected directions where the magic happens.

  • I work really well with people, who are already working with a coach but just crave more personal, 1:1, direct support on specific topics. I have a vast amount of experience in the online coaching industry and also with working with people. Getting a qualified second opinion can be incredibly valuable. With me you get the attention you need for your own intuition to come to the fore. I do not offer any advice or consultation on advertising and more techy topics, simply because they are not my zone of genius. Working with me, YOU are the centre of my attention.

Nothing is off limits for this day, and you can come with any questions you have, as we’ll be focusing entirely on you and your needs.

We can delve into your biggest opportunities as well as identify and solve any business problems or challenges you’re facing privately.

During Your Activation Session

We’ll uncover mindset issues, blocks, uncertainties, basically anything that is getting in the way of you being your most powerful self.

I ask questions, hold space, listen to your answers, reflect things back to you and coach you through aspects you may have not yet considered.

Combining intuition with structure is a rock solid foundation for you to continue building upon.
