I’m Sophie Claire Runciman, an ex-corporate queen and sales professional turned coach & therapist who thrives on empowering fellow coaches, therapists, healers and team managers to reach new heights in their businesses.

My journey began in the fast-paced world of corporate sales, working with global companies and leading international teams.

I quickly rose up the career ladder, being personable, reliable and getting results fast.

But… I had lost track of who I was, what I really wanted to do, and who I really wanted to be.

As the years passed, I felt a calling from deep within—an insatiable desire to make a profound impact on people's lives.

So, I traded my sales pitches for school classrooms as I embarked on a teaching career.

Yet, even being surrounded by adorable kids, teaching them to name colours and body parts in a foreign language wasn't enough to quench my thirst for fulfilment.

I found myself secretly yearning to delve deeper, to truly understand and transform lives.

Then, totally unexpectedly, fate intervened.

A global luxury brand approached me, phoned me out of the blue, asking me to join a brand new team to launch their first-ever online boutique.
Excitement surged through my veins as I dived headfirst into this new venture.
Selling writing instruments for a couple of thousand, or watches that cost more than a new car, became second nature. I was immersed in the world of luxury products, where elegance meets extravagance, and the customer experience reigns supreme.
For me it was effortless to sell exquisite gifts to high-end customers in multiple languages, gifts worth more than most people's monthly salaries. It was a world where quality was exclusive, and customer experience was everything.
Little did I know at the time that my mind was being primed for selling high-quality premium coaching packages.
It wasn't until I embraced coaching and earned my qualifications alongside my corporate success that I felt a profound shift.
In 2017, after five incredible years selling luxury works of art and leading an international team, I summoned the courage to break free from the corporate world that had defined me for two decades.
And let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made.
I helped Germany’s leading coaching company make their first million and learned first-hand what goes on behind the scenes of a successful start-up coaching company.
